What Our Guests Have To Say...
KathleenSeptember 1, 2025 What a wonderful hotel and even better staff behind the desk! My husband wanted his birthday trip to Canada to golf and enjoy the outdoors. I wanted to book a nice place to stay but keep it affordable, and we landed on stone ridge. We are so happy we stayed here! All the rooms are suites, there are no standard rooms which we loved. Tons of space, amazing shower, a cozy bed and beautiful views! The pool area is soo nice and the hot tub is a relaxing treat at the end of the day. My only complaint is I wish it was open until 11pm! Jeff at the front desk was so nice and helpful, you can tell he cares. There was another man who helped us as well but I can’t remember his name. Loved the black dog cafe for a coffee, matcha and quick breakfast. We would 1000% come back for our next trip! kerico goldAugust 26, 2025 Unfortunately, I would have given five stars, but the swimming pool was out of action for three of the five days we were staying there, due to fecal activity. So not really the hotel’s fault, but I thought they could’ve sorted it out a bit quicker. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are lovely. Great location too. Remi DemirayAugust 22, 2025 It was a great stay. Dishwasher was not cleaning properly. There were toys for the kids which was a great surprise. Highly recommend this place for those considering to stay in Canmore.
