And we absolutely loved the place! Great location, great staff, the room - I couldn't have imagined anything better. We got a complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary which was a very nice touch. Very clean room, great mountain view, tons of space, a fireplace and a very comfy bed. We didn't quite use the kitchen, but it's there if you need it. We've managed to completely disconnect from the city's hustle and bustle and had a great time. We will be back! Hei StrawberryNovember 1, 2024 A nice suite. Could use some dusting but not a real big deal. We were in a large room, but not sure if all the rooms were the same. Had its own kitchen and seating area. Fireplace and mounted TV. The bathroom has 2 sinks, a soaker tub, and a large separate shower. Small dining area. Hotel has a hot tub and the other heated swimming pool. Amazing all around. Small outdoor BBQ grill and seating outside some units. Service desk was nice and helpful. Night staff assisted me the most for questions. Bianca R.October 30, 2024 This is a very nice and clean hotel in Canmore. We stayed in a King Suite with a beautiful mountain and pool view. They even surprised us with a welcome gift for a birthday celebration! Jeff and Irish at the front desk provided excellent customer service, and the staff we encountered in the hallways were also very pleasant. The swimming pool is big, and the temperature was perfect for a swim, even in -5°C weather. Our overall experience was wonderful, and we can’t wait to return! Tina RawdingOctober 28, 2024 Staff was super friendly and accommodating! Suite was very clean and decorated nice with a modern feel. We were able to book only one night which is hard to find these days. Great location and there is a path along the road if you're walking into town. Hot tub was HOT and a good size to accommodate lots of people. Black Dog Cafe is on the first floor and was literally down the hall from our room which was super convenient for coffee in the morning - REALLY good latte's and the carrot muffin was so good too!
