Guest Services & Front Desk

Our Guest Services team is available around the clock to assist with anything you may need—whether it’s arranging activities, recommending the finest dining in Canmore, or answering any questions during your stay. Simply dial “0” from your suite or visit the Front Desk at any time.

WiFi Access

Stay connected throughout your stay with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, available across the entire resort. Simply connect to the network “Stoneridge” and enter the password smr2022! to enjoy seamless access for work, family, or entertainment.

Pool, Hot-Tub, Dry Sauna and Fitness Facility

Heated Pool

Open daily from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, the pool is accessible with your keycard through the change rooms located directly across from the Black Dog Café.

  • Towels: Pool towels are available on the top shelf of your suite’s main living room closet. For additional towels, please contact Guest Services at the Front Desk or dial 0 from your in-suite phone.

  • Gate Code: 9426


Hot Tub

Open daily from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.

  • To activate the jets, turn the timer knob located on the fence beside the hot tub.


Sauna

Our dry sauna is open daily from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.

  • Fully automated—simply open the door, step inside, and unwind.


Fitness Centre

Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Accessible with your keycard through the change rooms across from the Black Dog Café.

In-Suite Amenities

Kitchen

Your kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials, including extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, pots, and pans to get you started.


Fireplace

  • A wall switch labeled “Fireplace” allows you to turn your fireplace on and off, just as you would a light.


Thermostat

  • Adjust the temperature by pressing the “+” or “–” buttons until you reach your desired setting.

  • The system should be automatically set to heat in winter and cool in summer.


Washer & Dryer

Washer

  1. Add detergent into the bottom of the washer basket.

  2. Load clothes loosely around the agitator, then close the lid.

  3. Select your desired water temperature, load size, and cycle.

  4. Press START/PAUSE to begin.

Dryer

  1. After washing, place items in the dryer.

  2. Select your desired cycle and dryness level using the dial.

  3. Press and hold START/PAUSE for 2–5 seconds to begin.

  4. When complete, an end-of-cycle signal will sound. Remove clothes promptly to avoid wrinkles.

  5. Clean lint screen after every use.

BBQ

  1. Open the grill lid.

  2. Push and slowly turn any main burner knob counterclockwise to HIGH until the pilot lights. Continue pressing until the burner lights, then release.

  3. If the pilot does not light, turn the knob to OFF and repeat step 2.

  4. If the pilot still does not light within 5 seconds, turn the knob OFF and wait 5 minutes before trying again. You may also use the provided BBQ lighter.

The BBQ lighter and utensils are located in the second kitchen drawer.


Stove & Oven

For your convenience and safety, the stovetop is locked by default.

  • Unlock: Press and hold CONTROL LOCK for 5 seconds until the red “Loc” indicator disappears.

  • Re-lock: Press and hold the same button for 5 seconds until the red “Loc” reappears.


TV & Device Streaming

Living Room TV

  1. Ensure your device is connected to the Stoneridge Wi-Fi network.

  2. Scan the QR code on the TV screen, then press Connect on your device.

  3. Open your preferred streaming app (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, etc.—note: Apple TV is not supported) and select the Living Room TV to cast.

  4. Alternatively, visit GetStreaming.tv and enter the 9-digit code displayed on the TV.

Bedroom TVs

  • Bedroom televisions are equipped with cable TV only and do not support streaming.

In-Suite Safe

For your peace of mind, each suite is equipped with a personal safe.

To Set Your Personalized Access Code

  1. Close the safe door and press the # / reset button.

  2. Enter a 4-digit code that is easy for you to remember.

  3. Press the ★ / lock button.

  4. Record your code and keep it in a secure place. (For security, we recommend not storing the code with your room keys.)

If your code is lost or forgotten, please contact Guest Services for assistance.

To Open the Safe

  1. Enter your 4-digit code.

  2. Open the door.

Garbage & Recycling

For your convenience, the garbage and recycling room is located on Parking Level 1, beside the main vehicle entrance to the garage. We kindly encourage you to make use of the recycling facilities whenever possible, helping us preserve the natural beauty of Canmore and the Rockies.

Housekeeping & Stay-over Service

Our housekeeping stay-over service is provided every third day, beginning from your check-in day. This service refreshes, replenishes, and tidies your room to ensure it remains comfortable and inviting throughout your stay. Should you require any additional items or extra attention during your visit, please contact the front desk — we’ll be delighted to assist you.

Additional Supplies & Amenities

For your comfort, we are pleased to provide extra amenities such as towels, toiletries, slippers or coffee during your stay. Simply visit the Front Desk or dial 0, and our team will be happy to assist you.

EV Charging Station

For your convenience, Stoneridge Mountain Resort offers two EV charging stations, located on Level 2 of the Parkade. They are available to guests on a first-come, first-served basis.

Getting Started

  1. Download the “FLO EV Charging” app (light blue background with white “FLO” lettering).

  2. Create an account, or select “Continue as Guest” if you prefer not to register.

  3. Locate your charger in the app by:

    • Allowing location access for the app, or

    • Searching for the charger ID: Left charger – AAB-23776 | Right charger – AAB-24296

  4. Tap Start and follow the link to enter payment information.

    • Rates: $0.75/hour + $0.50 flat fee for non-members (the most affordable rate in town; other stations range $2.50–$30/hour).

  5. Authorize payment.

  6. Remove the charger from the station and plug it into your vehicle. Charging will begin automatically.

When Charging is Complete

  • Unlock your vehicle to release the charger.

  • Return the charger to the station holster.

Express & Regular Check-out

Checkout time is 11:00 am. You are welcome to stop by the Front Desk, or take advantage of our convenient express checkout by simply calling the Front Desk from your in-suite phone (dial ‘0’) and leaving your keys in your suite before departure.
